Ingredients:


400g beef mince (or lamb/chicken) 
Olive oil 
Handful each of mint leaves and coriander (with stems) 
1 tsp garlic 
1 tsp ginger 
Salt to taste 
Chopped chili 
Store-bought samosa pastry 
Corn flour and water mixture (for sealing) 
Half a pineapple, chopped 
1 chili Cooking oil 
1 chili Cooking oil 
 Mint leaves or coriander  

Instructions:  

Step 1:
In a pan, fry minced meat until cooked. Add salt and pepper for flavour.

Step 2:
Blend fresh mint, coriander, garlic, ginger, and a touch of chili for a flavor-packed mixture and mix with your mince.

Step 3:
Simplify the process with store-bought samosa sheets and put the mixture into the sheets, closing them into triangles.  

Step 4:
Fry them in batches for thirty crispy samosas. 

Step 5: 
For a pineapple chili dip, lend pineapple, red chili, honey, and a splash of lemon juice until smooth. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
