Simmer 400g gooseberries with 4 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup water.
Mix water and 1 tbsp custard powder; add to simmering gooseberries.

Mix 500g cream cheese with 100g sugar.
Add whipped cream, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix until fluffy.
Step 3:
Cut mini-Swiss rolls into chunks, layering them at the bottom of glasses.
