Ingredients:

 
Gooseberry plants 
400g gooseberries 
4 tbsp sugar 
1/2 cup water 
1 tbsp custard powder 
500g cream cheese 
100g sugar 
Whipped cream 
Dash of vanilla 
Lemon juice 
Mini-Swiss rolls 

Instructions:

Step 1:  
Simmer 400g gooseberries with 4 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup water. 
Mix water and 1 tbsp custard powder; add to simmering gooseberries. 
Cool down, preserving their shape for a gooey delight. 

Step 2:
Mix 500g cream cheese with 100g sugar. 
Add whipped cream, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix until fluffy. 

Step 3:
Cut mini-Swiss rolls into chunks, layering them at the bottom of glasses. 
Spoon the creamy mixture on top, leaving space for the topping. 
Top it off with the cooled gooseberry mixture, seeds and all, creating a yummy treat to enjoy.
