Episode 13

In this week’s episode of Finest Homes, we revisit some of the extraordinary properties we had the privilege to explore this season. From coastal homes that toy with the ocean on its doorstep, to houses that make the most of the mountains that surround them, working with slopes and elevations. We also ventured to the Winelands, where design styles varied as much as the wines that are produced in that area. We visited a few apartments that might have been small in scale but profound in their execution.

Episode 12

Today’s finest home is a seafront apartment that came with a brief that challenged the concept of renovation, as its inhabitants are tenants that were looking to create their own finest homes, be it as a short-term rental. To help with this transformation, Dylan Thomaz of Curacion Interior was called in. Armed with years of experience and a plethora of design solutions, Dylan was able to assess the bones of the apartment and offer impactful solutions that would see this apartment updated to a chic, pared back abode.
