Watermelon Salad
Watermelon, Greek fetta, vine tomato & water cress salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 Watermelon – seedless
- 200g Fetta
- 1 bunch Watercress
- 3 Vine tomatoes
- 75ml Red wine vinegar
- 150ml Olive oil
- Good pinch Sumac
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Dice the watermelon, tomatoes and fetta.
- Pick the water cress and throw into a bowl.
- Mix the olive oil, sumac, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper, and pour over and serve
