
Trestle Desk
Having a home office with minimal space available can be tricky so Peter and Annalien build a trestle desk which is portable and takes up only a small space. To inspire you a little more Annalien builds a document tray for the desk and some cute bookmarks.

Follow these steps:
- Building the box
- Measure out a suitable size for the desk top and bottom using supawood
- Cut 2 pieces the same size
- Measure out for the back and side pieces of wood plus the pieces that will separate the 3 drawers
- Join table top to the table sides and bottom and drawer compartments
- Attach backing board
- Fill screw holes
- With you your desktop box complete its time to make the 3 drawers
- Drawers (left, right and middle)
- Measure and cut out the wood for each drawer
- Join sides, front and back.
- Attach masonite bottom to each drawer
- Drill pilot holes for handle
- Attach pine front
- Trestles (left and right)
- Find the right height for each trestle
- Cut the legs for each trestle
- Measure out for the shelves
- Router shelf edges
- Join legs to the shelves
- Varnish all the parts and attach trestles to the table.
- Insert drawers
