The Property Game is hosted by celebrity TV host ProVerb. In each episode he is joined by Sylvia Milosevic, the multi-millionaire property investor and mentor to aspiring property investors. In this documentary series, new property investors tell their stories of how they got started in the industry. They share their journeys on their first property investment deals, we find out what led to each investor’s success, and we get first-hand insight into the highs, the lows and the challenges – and, most importantly, how that deal brought the investor closer to financial freedom.

We also find out that success in property investment is not just strategy and skill. In the season premiere of The Property Game we meet mother and son due, Rosy and Pheello. Rosy works for the Department of Education and Pheello is currently completing his Masters degree at Wits University. They have decided to venture into the world of multi-let property investing. Also known as a home of multiple occupants. We experience how this mother and son pull their respective resources together as they go through challenges to get this first cash flow positive investment property off the ground.

In this episode we meet Margaret, a property investor from Spring. Anina is a real estate agent. She started investing in property a few years ago. This week on The Property Game we meet Neo. Even though Neo is based in Gauteng he decided to focus on Polokwane for his student accommodation strategy. At the time of acquisition, Neo lost his funding for his student accommodation because he could not raise the capital contribution in time. Instead of giving up, Neo decided to relook his student accommodation strategy. He decided to focus on a rent-to-rent strategy where he would rent the student accommodation from the landlord and then rent it further to NSVAS. We see how this student accommodation strategy unfold.
