Tamari Almonds

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (950ml) almonds
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) tamari
  • 1/8 tsp (1ml) cayenne pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350oF (180oC).
  2. Put almonds on a rimmed baking sheet. Toast in oven a few minutes to heat up.
  3. Pour tamari in a bowl and add cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Add warmed almonds to bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Return coated almonds to baking tray and put back in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
