Ingredients:
- 379g tin Condensed milk
- 80 ml Lemon Juice
- 500g Fresh Strawberries
- 200g Mixed Berries
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 250g Creamed Cottage Cheese
- 500 ml Fresh Cream
- Mint leaves for garnish
Method:
- Use an electric mixer to blend condensed milk and lemon juice until it thickens
- Wash and hull strawberries, as well as the mixed berries (reserve half for garnish)
- Blend the strawberries and berries in a food processor until it becomes a pulp
- Now blend the liquidised strawberries and berries with the condensed milk and add vanilla essence and cottage cheese
- Whip the cream in a separate bowl until thick and fold into the cheese mixture
- Pour into shot glasses or wine glasses (or any desired way of serving the dish)
- Place in the refrigerator to set
- Decorate with the reserved strawberries, berries and mint leaves
