Strawberry Cheese Delight



  • 379g tin Condensed milk
  • 80 ml Lemon Juice
  • 500g Fresh Strawberries
  • 200g Mixed Berries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 250g Creamed Cottage Cheese
  • 500 ml Fresh Cream
  • Mint leaves for garnish


  1. Use an electric mixer to blend condensed milk and lemon juice until it thickens
  2. Wash and hull strawberries, as well as the mixed berries (reserve half for garnish)
  3. Blend the strawberries and berries in a food processor until it becomes a pulp
  4. Now blend the liquidised strawberries and berries with the condensed milk and add vanilla essence and cottage cheese
  5. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until thick and fold into the cheese mixture
  6. Pour into shot glasses or wine glasses (or any desired way of serving the dish)
  7. Place in the refrigerator to set
  8. Decorate with the reserved strawberries, berries and mint leaves
