Spaghetti with Chilli, Garlic & Parsley



  • 100g Spaghetti
  • flat leaf parsley
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • 100ml white wine
  • 1 chilli
  • 100g bread
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water.
  2. While it is cooking, heat a little olive oil in a pan and add the chilli and garlic.
  3. Fry for 2 minutes until golden.
  4. Drain the spag and add to the pan.
  5. Toss and add the chopped flat leaf parsley. Season with salt and cracked pepper and serve with panagratto
