Soft polenta and peas


  • Polenta:
    • 2 cups of polenta
    • 600 ml water
    • 600 ml milk
    • Add 4 chopped leaks
    • Half tsp of salt
    • 2 tbsp
    • Pecorino
  • Peas:
    • peas
    • 100g unsalted butter
    • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Polenta:
    1. Bring this mixture up to temp until it just start to boil, reduce temp to medium low, add polenta while stirring continuasly for 15 min.with whisk(polenta kom laaste by). The polenta must be nice soft and should have a stil and runny consistency it must not be stogi.  It is ready to serve. You can be made in advanccce just reheat it with warm water otr milk.

  2. Peas:
    1. Take a pot, and over medium heat,  add 100 gm unsalted butter, 2 tbsp olive oil,  and the peas. Sprinkle with some sea salt, black pepper, and cook covered for 4 to 5 min. Add sprigs of fresh mint, and  keep aside.
