Overview

In each programme they’ll be picking out three often unusual properties that are coming up for sale under the hammer. In one episode of this series for example, are a cottage in Devon with no walls or ceilings, a dark basement flat in Sussex and a stone clad terraced house in Birkenhead. Lucy and Martin follow all of them to auction and discover who’s brave enough to take them on, what they intend to do with them – and how much it’s all going to cost.

Episode 1

In today’s programme, Martin and Lucy visit a “land of opportunity” in Kent, the grade 2 listed properties in Berkshire and a railway cottage in West Yorkshire that’s on track to be a winner. Episode 2

In today’s programme, Martin and Lucy visit a three storey Victorian conversion in Devon, former pump station in Kent and a lower ground floor flat with garden in Wales. Episode 3

In todays programme, Martin and Lucy discover that there may be tears before bedtime at a build in Devon, a barn behind a Kent bookshop – but the roof’s caved in and it’s very dangerous, and Martin may have found a way to get rich quick at a bungalow in Stoke.  All of these properties have been sold at auction and we find out who bought them and what they paid for them when they go Under The Hammer.

Episode 4

In todays programme, Martin and Lucy visit a three bedroom house in Teignmouth, Devon that’s worth a second look, take a gorgeous step back in time with a Dorchester, Grade 2 listed property, and visit a plot of land in Derby which could make someone a small fortune.  All of these properties have been sold at auction and we find out who bought them and what they paid for them when they go Under The Hammer.

In todays programme, Martin and Lucy visit a property in Lincoln but watch out for the neighbourhood watch systems, a Dorset Cottage where the smell isn’t coming from the farm and a two bedroomed house in Warrington. In today’s programme, Martin and Lucy visit a property in Dorset that may not look too promising, a house in Hertfordshire and in Derbyshire all is not quiet as it seems.
