Scotland’s Home of the Year

Second season. Property experts travel Scotland seeing three homes per episode. Only one from each region can make it to the final and hope to be named Scotland’s Home of the Year.

Episode 1

In the Borders and Southern Scotland, the judges visit a clifftop home, a renovated former school, and a converted six-storey grain mill. Only one can make it through to the final.

Episode 2

In Grampian and the Central Highlands, the judges visit a converted church, a self-build with stunning views, and a renovated manse. Only one can make the final.

Episode 3

In Glasgow and the Clyde Valley, the judges visit an extended 1930s home, a modern architectural gem, and a painstakingly restored city apartment. Only one can make the final.

Episode 4

Sailing between Orkney & Shetland, the judges see a home inspired by Vikings, a converted ruined steading, and a maritime-themed fisherman’s cottage. Only one can make the final.

Episode 5

In Perthshire and Central Scotland, the judges visit an artist’s country cottage, a modern-day tower house and a textile designer’s retro home. Only one will make it to the final.

Episode 6

In the Northern Highlands, the judges visit an extended villa, a timber frame home, and a glass-fronted house with more than one surprise. Only one will make it to the final.

Episode 7

EpisIn the Lothians and the East, the judges visit a glass-fronted home, a country cottage, and a stunning Georgian townhouse. Only one can make it to the final.ode

Episode 8

Touring Argyll and the West, the judges take in a waterside abode in Oban, a personality-packed home on Bute, and a seaside remodel in Seamill. Only one can make it to the final.

Episode 9

Hopping between Lewis, Skye and Arran, the judges visit an art-filled family home, a contemporary hillside build, and a New York loft-style abode. Only one can make it to the final.

Episode 10

The judges have scoured the country, visiting 27 incredible homes. Now, the finalists gather as the judges choose the overall winner. Only one will be Scotland’s Home of the Year.
