Sage Walnut Goats Cheese Pesto

Yield: 4-6 servings


  • 2 bunches of fresh sage
  • ½ cup of walnuts
  • 1 cup of your favourite goat cheese
  • ½ cup of walnut oil


  1. Pulse all the ingredients together in your food processor or blender until combined.
  2. Add a splash more walnut oil if needed to get a spreadable texture.
  3. Smear on a crostini and enjoy!
