
Roast Chicken Wings
Yield: 12 Wings
Ingredients
- 12 full chicken wings , tips, flats and drums all attached
- 2 Tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- a heaping tsp of your favorite herb or spice, like thyme, curry or chili powder
- 1 tsp of pepper
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and turn on your convection oven if you have one.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl large enough to allow room for tossing. Add the wings and toss until thoroughly and evenly coated. Arrange the wings on a baking tray and cook until they are crispy brown on the outside but still juicy on the inside, about an hour.
- Serve with a balanced wing dipping sauce
