Reading Chair
If you enjoy reading and need a some more space for your books then perhaps a reading chair could be for you. Peter and Annalien give you a step by step guide to show you exactly how to build your own reading chair.

PEX 220 Eccentric/Random Orbital sander | Book shelf back 150mm x 1034mm – 2 pieces |

Bookshelf/chair sides 600 mm x 1050mm – 2 pieces | |

Follow these steps:
- With all your pieces pre-cut, mark out where the seat section and backrest fit onto sides
- Then on the reverse side of the sides mark out where the bookshelves fit to sides
- Router all edges
- Assemble seat onto both sides
- Assemble shelves onto each side
- Fit seat into sides with screws
- Fill holes
- Sand and varnish.
- Magazine rack
- Fit first shelf, then middle and then top.
- Cut copper to size for top cross bars
- Drill and fasten
- Cut bottom legs to size
- Glue in elbows, T pieces and stop ends
- Fasten onto base of magazine rack
