Power Pear Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Bartlett pears, cored and diced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) cashew butter
  • 3/4 cup (120ml) almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) veggie protein powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
