Power Pear Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 medium Bartlett pears, cored and diced
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) cashew butter
- 3/4 cup (120ml) almond milk
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) veggie protein powder (optional)
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
