Pink Lady Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 red apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 red grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) coconut oil
  • 1 cup (240ml) strawberries, sliced
  • 2 celery sticks, trimmed and sliced
  • ½-inch piece ginger, peeled
  • ½ cup (120ml) water

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
