Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup (120ml) coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • ¼ cup (60ml) coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) veggie protein powder (optional)

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve cold.
