Pina Colada Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup (120ml) coconut milk
- 1 medium banana
- ¼ cup (60ml) coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) veggie protein powder (optional)
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve cold.
