Mulled Chardonnay Apples

Yield: 4 – 6 servings


  • 4 apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 bottle Chardonnay
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup golden raisins


  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and bring to a simmer. 
  2. Continue cooking, allowing the liquid to reduce until the apples are tender, the raisins are plump and the liquid has become a saucy syrup.
  3. Serve warm or cold over your favourite ice cream.
