Microwave Milk Tart


  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 3 tins(from the condensed milk,397g) full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 60g corn flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet Tennis biscuits


  1. Crush the Tennis biscuits into coarse pieces and pat into a dish or bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the full cream milk, butter, condensed milk and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg with the corn flour and add this to the boiled milk mixture. Put back into the microwave oven for another 3 minutes, ensuring that you mix every minute for 3 minutes as this step is very important.
  4. Gently pour the mixture into the biscuit base, let it reach temperature and refrigerate. Drizzle with ground cinnamon and decorate with a fresh flower.
