
Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) yogurt
- 3 cups (720 ml) frozen mango cubes
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- ½ cup (120 ml) ice
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon (1 ml) cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon (1 ml) salt
Method:
- Add yogurt, frozen mango cubes, milk, honey, ice, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle of cardamom and cinnamon, to garnish
- Pour into 4 frosty glasses. Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom and cinnamon.
