Location Location Location is back with a brand-new series, featuring all new house hunters making life-changing moves. Some have had their priorities changed by living through the pandemic – whilst others are finding they just can’t navigate the fast-moving house market without help. For all – there is no better team than Kirstie and Phil. In the first six episodes we scour the country – from the Northeast of England to Bristol, Devon, Leeds, Glasgow, and the Home Counties – with every search throwing up very different challenges, and house hunters who have very different needs. For over two decades one thing has remained constant though – it’s up to Kirstie and Phil to find those perfect properties, no matter what hurdles lie ahead. For the next four episodes we’re revisiting house hunters, some of whom Kirstie and Phil first searched with over a decade ago. We hear of great joys as well as difficult times, but one common theme is that once Kirstie and Phil are on your side, it’s often only the beginning of an eventful journey.
