Grilled Rib Eye with Onion Coleslaw


  • 1 x 360g Rib of aged beef
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (or crème fraiche)
  • 1 lemon
  • Dijon mustard
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper


  1. Season the rib eye with salt and cracked pepper.
  2. Grill for sixminutes on each side and rest for five-mins.
  3. Shred the onions very finely and add the sour cream (or crème fraiche) and Dijon, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
