  • 1 thumb ginger, sliced into matchsticks
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 chillie sliced
  • 100 ml brown sugar
  • 250ml soya sauce
  • 100ml rice wine vinegar
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 cup chopped mint and coriander


Step 1:
