Welcome to another brand new season of Get It Done, where we feature some new exciting projects to inspire you to build your very own. From tool cupboards to bathroom tables, we’ll show the right tools and how to use them and give you some handy household tips to make your life easier. And we’ll show you the easy steps on how to Get it Done. We get it done, only on the Home Channel.

Season 11

Episode 1. Toolbox Cupboard

One of the most frustrating things that can happen while you are working on a project is when you can’t find your tools. So the Get it Done team decide to build a workshop tool cupboard to overcome this issue. See how they build it step by step to inspire you to make your own.

Episode 2 – Garden Storage Bench

A Garden Bench is great for relaxing outdoors, but for small gardens or patios it becomes necessary to use your space wisely and so Peter and Annalien build a Garden Bench with storage. Watch how they give you a step by step guide on how to build your own storage bench.

Episode 3 – Bathroom Table

If you are short of shelf space in your bathroom then perhaps a bathroom table is the answer. Peter and Annalien build a practical and stylish table that allows for extra shelf space. The team will show the right tools to use and the easy steps on how to Get it Done.

Episode 4 – Pyramid Planter

Having your herbs outside your kitchen and at the right height is just one of the uses for a pyramid planter. Be inspired to build your own version of a pyramid planter when Peter and Annalien give you a step by step guide to show you exactly how.

Episode 5 – Recycled Window Frame

Making something new out of something old can be very rewarding. Peter and Annalien buy an old window frame and convert it into a lovely picture frame and they add a shelf and some coat hooks to make practical as well. Episode 6 – Rubix Cube Drawers

So Annalien and Peter build some steps with built in storage for toys to tackle two birds with on stone. Episode 10. A Copper Lamp

Peter shows you how you can build your own copper lamp made from normal copper water piping and a few fittings. Be inspired to make something similar for very little outlay. Peter also gives you a few interesting plumbing tips on how to solder water pipes.

Episode 11. A Book Shelf

Peter and Annalien build a book shelf with a difference, this time they add a decorative façade that is cut out of ply wood and then stained with a dark varnish. Be inspired to build a version of your very own by following the easy steps.

Season 10

Episode 1. Storage Seat

Space is often in demand in modern homes and sometimes we need to make sacrifices when choosing furniture, but the beauty of making a project yourself is that you can customize your own solution. The Get It Done team build a seat that doubles as a mobile storage unit. They also chat to an upholstery expert on how best to tackle the upholstery work.

Episode 2. Bread Bin

Peter and Annalien help you clear the clutter on you kitchen counter by building a bread bin that doubles as a breadboard. Be inspired by the team to build you own and watch the easy steps on how to get it done.

Episode 3. Spice Holder and Recipe Book/Tablet Holder

Turning pages of a book or operating an electronic tablet and adding spices while you’re cooking food can be a messy affair, so the Get it Done team pair up to build a circular spice holder and a cookbook/tablet holder to make cooking a little easier.

Episode 4. Love Shelf

This project is perfect for a child’s bedroom. It’s an easy to make shelf that spells out the words L.O.V.E. See how Peter and Annalien create this project to inspire you to make your very own in just a few easy steps.

A planter is perfect if you need to add some colour to your patio or to hide those bland areas like open walls. See how Peter and Annalien build a planter so that you may be inspired to build you very own. The team also calls in an expert to show you how to create an interesting paint technique on the planter.

Episode 13. Go Kart

The Get It Done Team build a go kart under the watchful eye and help of some 7th graders from Crawford Prep College. The idea is for the students to learn how to build a go kart and then compete in a race day against other Crawford Colleges who also build replica carts based on the Get It Done model.
