Pomegranate Raita


  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • Pomegranate rubies
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Pinch of garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander


  1. Combine yoghurt with salt, sugar, garam masala and coriander.
  2. Stir to combine. 
  3. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. 
  4. Garnish with Pomegranate rubies. 

Tips:  Pomegranate molasses or concentrate can be purchased at select supermarkets and delis.
