Sweet Peas

Ingredients

  • ½ lb (225 g) sweet peas or snow peas prepared and blanched
    1 Tbsp (15 ml) water
    2 Tbsp (30 ml) butter
    Salt and pepper

Method

In skillet, heat peas in water and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
