Yield: 2 cups (500 ml)


  • The pulp from 3 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) lime juice
  • 1 Italian tomato, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Mash the avocados with the lime juice using a fork or a mortar pestle.
  2. Ina bowl, mix the avocado purée, tomatoes, onion and coriander. Sprinkle salt and pepper.  Serve with white corn chips.
