Grilled Nectarines with Honey Balsamic Glaze

Serves 6


  • 125ml (½ cup) plus 30ml (2 tbs) honey
  • 60ml (¼ cup) balsamic vinegar
  • 2.5ml (½ tsp) vanilla
  • 6 nectarines


  1. Whisk together the honey, vinegar and vanilla to make a glaze. Brush nectarines with half of glaze
  2. Grill until heated through.  Drizzle with remaining glaze.
  3. Serve with crème farce mixed with honey.
