Crunchy Homemade Fries

Ingredients
- 8 medium-large (130-150g each) potatoes
- ¼ cup flour
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp flaky salt
- ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large, shallow roasting dish with baking paper to allow for easy clean up.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into chips or wedges. Transfer to the prepared dish, sprinkle with the flour and toss to evenly combine.
- Drizzle the floured potatoes with oil and toss to coat. Spread out into a single layer in the dish and season with salt and pepper. Roast for about 1 hour until golden and crisp.
