Egg Noodles

Yield: 8 servings.


  • 1 pound package egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp. butter or olive oil
  • Handful parsley, chopped
  • Coarse salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste


Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and stir. Reduce to medium high. Cook until noodles are tender, about 5 to 10 minutes depending on size of noodles.
Toss noodles with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
