Cookies and Cream Milkshake

Serves 4


  • 1 pint low-fat vanilla ice cream, preferably Edy’s or Dreyer’s Slow-Churned Light Ice Cream, slightly softened
  • 1/3 cup 1% milk
  • 2 packages Oreo Thin Crisps 100-Calorie Packs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


  1. Puree the ice cream and milk in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the cookies and blend until most are broken completely with a few larger chunks remaining.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, divide among 4 glasses, and serve.
