Minty Yoghurt Dipping Sauce

This zesty little dipping sauce is great with any spicy snacks such as samosas or pakoras.

Prep time: 5 mins

Makes: about 1½ cups


  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • salt and ground black pepper


  1. Stir together yoghurt, mint, lemon juice, cumin and salt and ground black pepper to taste. Keep chilled and use within 24 hours.
