Raspberry Kiss

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.


  • 1/4 cup Chambord liqueur
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons white cranberry juice
  • 1 bottle dry sparkling wine
  •  fresh raspberries for garnish


  1. In a pitcher combine the Chambord, pineapple and cranberry.  Chill in fridge at least 2 hours.  Pour 2 tablespoons of mixture into flutes and top off with sparkling wine.  Garnish with fresh raspberry.
