Eggnog warmers
Serves 4 – 6 shot glasses:
Ingredients:
- 700 ml Milk
- 500 ml Cream
- 85 ml Brandy
- 30 ml Brown Sugar
- 5 ml Vanilla Essence
- 2.5 ml Ground Cinnamon
- 2.5 ml Ground Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
Method:
- Mix the milk, cream, brandy and Vanilla essence
- Pour into a pot and heat up slowly
- Once it reaches simmering point, add the brown sugar, ground Cinnamon, ground Nutmeg and salt
- Allow to simmer for 5 – 7 minutes
- Pour into glasses and top of with some extra cinnamon
- Garnish with some fresh Cinnamon sticks
- Serve warm
