Condiments Trolley
A condiments trolley is an ideal addition to your culinary and entertainment tool set. See how The Get It Done team build a trolley perfect for all your spices and condiments that usually crowd a table. Be inspired to build and customise your very own.
You will need:

Router | Top and bottom – 380 x 380mm – 2 pieces (We will cut these from the pine board from the workshop) |
PEX 300 sander (New one) | Legs/side inserts 38 x 38 x 750mm – 10 pieces (NB must not be warped) |
PSR 18 cordless drill driver | 4 x 60-70mm screws |
PSR 1080 Cordless drill driver (New one) | 4 x 40 screws |
PFS 3000 Spray gun (new gun) | dark wood filler |
Drill press | 4 x small wheels – base must fit on 38 x 38 leg |
Circular Saw plus guide | Dark varnish ( I will supply) |
Angle grinder with skinny disc and flap disc | Metal tray (I will supply) |
Metal cutlery holder (I will supply) | |

Steps to build the condiments trolley
- Cut legs and side slats to size
- Join slats and legs
- Cut top and bottom to size
- Cut corners on the top and bottom to fit inside the frame (legs and slats)
- Cut out space and router recess for the metal basket in top
- Cut out space for metal grid in the bottom and router recess
- Fasten top and bottom into frame
- Fill screw holes and varnish
- Cut grid to fit bottom shelf
- Grind clean and spray paint
- Attach wheels
- Insert baskets and grid.
