You will need:
PSR 18 Cordless Drill driver | Skirting +/- 150mm high fancy type (Supawood/mdf/pine/Meranti) |
PCM compound mitre saw | Table sides 1600mm – 3 pieces |
Jigsaw | Legs – 4 pieces (Ready made) |
Glass 6mm 1492 x 573 mm – 1 piece sides sanded | |
PRR roller sander | Pine cleats 20mm – 1500 – 3 pieces |
PFS 2000 spray gun | 20mm Pine PAR |
PEX 300 Eccentric sander | 400 x 150 – 4 pieces |
Varnish and paint | |
4 x 30mm screws | |
4 x 40mm screws | |
panel pin nails 25mm | |
wood glue |
Follow these steps:
- Remove old hardware
- Remove any broken glass
- Sand and cover-up glass for painting.
- Cut sides to correct size (if necessary)
- Cut shape into sides (if required)
- Join all four sides
- Attach frame to window
- Attach legs
- Sand and varnish/paint
- Fill small window panes with pictures and Lay glass top into frame
