Chocolate Mendiants


  • Dark Chocolate
  • Fillings for Mendiants
    • Assortment of nuts
    • Dried fruits
    • Cacao nibs
    • Nougat


  • Line a baking sheet with Parchment Paper
  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate
  • Using a soup spoon, spoon the melted chocolate into rounds on the parchment paper
  • Add the variety of toppings onto the melted chocolate before the chocolate sets
  • Allow the mendiants to set in the fridge
  • Serve with some good quality ice cream or with after dinner drinks
