Makes 6
Ingredients
- 750g minced chicken breasts
- 45ml soya sauce
- 8 baby salad onions, chopped
- 15ml Worcester sauce
- 15ml balsamic vinegar
- 30ml BBQ sauce
- 10ml Ina Paarman Rosemary and Olive seasoning
- coarse salt and black pepper
- 6 hamburger buns
- 6 slices tomatoes
- 6 lettuce leaves
- SAUCE
- 15ml chutney
- 60ml mayonnaise
- 10ml sweet chilli sauce
- 10ml lemon juice
- coarse salt and black pepper
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into 6 large hamburger patties.
- Heat a frying pan or grilling pan and drizzle with a drop of olive oil. Cook the patties on each side until browned and cooked through. They will be cooked through when firm to the touch.
- Cut the hamburger buns in half and layer with lettuce, tomato and a patty.
- For the Sauce
- Whisk sauce ingredients together and serve as an accompaniment to the hamburger patties
