Material list

• Melamine 16mm Harvard Cherry (same colour edging)
• 900 x 450mm – 2 pieces (edged 2 x long + 1 short edge
• 600 x 450 mm – 1 piece (edged all sides)
• 568 x 450mm – 3 pieces (edged 1 long side for all three)
• 568 x 70mm – 1 piece (no edging)
• 500 x 296mm – 3 pieces (Edged all sides)
• Masonite 3 mm. 600 x 500 – 1 piece
• Plastic corner brackets (brown – 2 x 2 hole) you should find these by the
  section where all the cupboard hinges etc are.
• Plastic screw covers to match the wood colour
• 4 x cantilever hinges
• Glass 3 or 4mm frosted with edges sanded and corners rounded.
• 2 pieces 176 x 380mmPlastic glass holders
• 4 x 40 screws
• 3 x 12mm screws
• Extra edging iron on 5 meters

Steps

1. Build carcass

• Mark & drill out where sides, top, bottom and middle uprights fit together.
• Mark out where glass shelves fit and drill out holes for brackets
• Assemble
• Attach backing board

2. Doors

• Cut out where glass fits into the door
• Router out for glass
• Put on edging
• Drill holes for the hinges
• Attach doors to cupboard

3. Attach cupboard to the wall
