Balanced Wing Dipping Sauce

Yield: 1 Cup


  • 1 cup of orange marmalade
  • the juice and zest of one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp of Sambal or your favourite chili garlic sauce
  • ½  tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp or so of fish sauce


  1. Whisk all the ingredients together and use as a dipping sauce or toss with just-cooked wings as a glaze. Either way, serve and share!
