Baby Peppers with Ash Goats Cheese and Baby Basil


  • 6 baby capsicums
  • 200g ash goats cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 punnet baby basil


  1. Cut the peppers and pipe in the goats cheese, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with baby basil pepper and river salt.
